HelloPrint has established a significant presence in sunny Valencia, attracting more and more talented individuals to join our company. To ensure that our team members have the opportunity to live in a vibrant environment alongside like-minded people, we've developed a co-living concept tailored to support our talents.

What is weVLC:

weVLC is an ambitious international startup providing cool housing and co-living opportunities to international talents in Valencia. We have the ambition to become the leading living concept and main reference for real estate in this beautiful city, and we have a different offer for living than any other company. In a very short time period, we've developed a portfolio of over 20 apartments in the city, where we provide living for young professionals, ex-pats and digital nomads. For the next phase, we're looking for a very motivated Real Estate & Coliving Operations Intern to join our team and make an impact. This role is for an ambitious and motivated international talent that is up for an adventure.

What you do:
As Real Estate & Coliving Operations Intern you will be responsible for the smooth running of our living spaces and develop the weVLC real estate and rental concept. You work with a team of very like-minded young people, and you are closely working with our CEO, Andres, the leader of this startup. This provides an excellent learning environment that can make you grow fast. 

You:

• Discover and recruit future members for weVLC living spaces.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new tenants and oversee check-outs
• Deliver outstanding support to current and future tenants
• Prepare the contracts
• Liaise with partners to address all apartment-related inquiries
• Amplify our brand presence through savvy social media management and support
• Provide direct operational support to the management team on a daily basis.
• Help with the commercialization of properties & search for new investment opportunities
• Find ways to optimise workflow and automate tasks

• You are a highly flexible and multitasking individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

• You speak English and Spanish on a decent business level, Dutch would be a plus.

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• You are proactive, curious, and willing to learn enthusiastically.

• You want to grow and improve with us.

• You have a deep interest or experience in working in the Real Estate / Co-living market (plus)
