Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for people who are about helping our customers, that love to provide excellent service, and that are looking for a challenging environment with motivated and ambitious people.

What do you do?

  • You are the first contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat;
  • You help customers find the right product and service by proactively helping them online and offline;
  • You provide service with a smile and practice our most important core value: ‘Think like a customer'.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • You are fluent in Spanish and Italian and have a professional level of English, both verbally and written;
  • You are doing a bachelor's or master's degree and you can provide a University agreement;
  • You are available for a minimum period of 20 weeks;
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus!;
  • Solution-oriented mindset and you excel in problem-solving in a creative way;
  • A dynamic and flexible personality;
  • Willingness to relocate or already Valencia based.
